DANY EL-HAJJAR, MD
President & Founder
Dr. Hajjar brings more than 22 years of experience in acute and post-acute care as a practicing medical doctor and hospitalist across Florida and multiple other states. His extensive clinical background includes hospital-based care in diverse healthcare settings, with additional experience as a moonlighting physician in Alabama and Oklahoma. He has practiced at many of Jacksonville’s major hospitals, including St. Vincent’s, Memorial Hospital, and Orange Park Medical Center, and has been working with Baptist Health for the past six years.
Dr. Hajjar has deep expertise across the post-acute continuum, with multiple years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation, including Brooks Rehabilitation, and currently provides care at Encompass Health. He also brings significant experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) settings and currently practices Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&r) at PAM Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville. In addition, he has extensive experience supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Hajjar has held senior medical leadership roles within both provider and payer organizations. He previously served as Regional Medical Officer for Alignment Healthcare, where he provided clinical leadership aligned with quality, utilization management, and value-based care initiatives. He also served as a hospitalist leader with IPC/TeamHealth, contributing to physician leadership, operational oversight, and hospital-based care delivery.
Dr. Hajjar further specializes in wound care and hyperbaric medicine, strengthening his ability to manage complex patients across the full continuum of care.
RANDALL MATHSON, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
A native of East Tennessee, Randall earned his degree in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University before relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, where he completed his Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University.
With more than a decade of clinical experience, he has developed extensive expertise in cardiology, internal medicine, and gerontology.
Randall is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, allowing him to provide culturally competent, patient-centered care to diverse populations across the continuum of care.
